How to use Singy’s Hemp

To start, we recommend one serving of approximately 10-15 mg of hemp per day. Fill the dropper according to the directions on the bottle based on the strength of the oil you purchased and squeeze the oil under your tongue. Let it sit for about 30 seconds for the oil to absorb into your bloodstream.
By doing it this way your body will absorb the oil at a higher rate and will maximize your potential benefits. Note that your body will adapt to the hemp on a weekly basis so you will want to monitor this and adjust your dosage based on the desired effect.
For best results, we encourage you to slowly increase your dosage with care when you don’t the desired result after taking Singy’s Hemp oil. To date, there are no known side effects of consuming very high amounts of hemp oil daily.
